I like to check what I need to accomplish and then take the most important first. If I consider that all have the same priority level, then I will choose the closets I have to accomplish. For example, if I need to buy 3 things in 3 different stores, I will check which is closer to me and start for this one.
About distractions, I can recognize if I am losing focus so I force myself to be engaged in the task.
If I have distractions I write what I’m thinking and continue with my task and if I see that I’m not being fully engaged, then I will move from my spot to clean my face, take some fresh air, and return to my desk.

Thanks for sharing some of your own ways to improve your productivity. Good job.

If I have distractions I write what I’m thinking and continue with my task and if I see that I’m not being fully engaged, then I will move from my spot to clean my face, take some fresh air, and return to my desk.

When I have distractions, I write what I’m thinking and continue with my task and if I see that I’m not being fully engaged, then I will move to another spot, to wash my face, get some fresh air, and return to my desk.

Keep doing this writing exercise.
