Most people drink coffee or tea to jump-start their day. It works as stimulant. It gives them energy and keeps them awake. But, according to the study conducted by Mike Yassa, together with the University of California in Irvine, caffeine also helps improve long term memory.

I’m a tea drinker, although I like to have a coffee in the morning. I like the tea with cinnamon.
The thruth is that the caffeine or theine is not affect me. I can drink coffe or tea at night and then i can go to sleep.
My best tea is the tea that has cinnamon or spices. i like drink it at home.

– It does not affect me, on the contrary it gives me a boost of energy so as not to fall asleep. jajaja

Here’s a better way to write this sentence:

yes, i’m a coffee drinker but not much

Yes, I’m a coffee drinker but I do not really drink too much of it.

Be mindful with your capitalization. Keep going with your writing practice.

I`m a great coffee drinker. I take four or five coffees every day.
I need the caffeine for work, it stimulates me and my brain go faster; it gives me energy.
My best coffe is “coffee with condensed milk”, in Spain we call it “café bombón”.

I am not a coffee drinker, it makes me nervous and impossible to sleep during the night even if I take coffee in the early morning. I believe that if your body gets used to drink cafeine, it might not affect you in the nights. My best coffee is English tea with milk.
