1. We need to reframe or point of view, and be conscious about our thoughts and ourselves. We should analyze why some situations bother us, and knowing the reasons then we can avoid reaching dysfunctional states such as anger or repulsion.
2. I think that the main reason is to meet again with the part of the family you do not want to meet, maybe because you just don’t like them or perhaps you do not have an active relation with that person. Also there is the problem of giving gift because you are receiving one, which many people see as an obligation more than a way to express that you care.
3. I feel good in holidays, because that means good times with my family, such as the dinners and also watching the kids opening their gifts while you pretend knowing nothing.
4. In my case, I just follow the flow and deal with pressures one at a time.
5. Eating and rest on my vacations.
