Discussion Questions:
1. Do you have enough free time at work to chat with colleagues?
I usually have enough time to chat with my colleagues at work. For example, when we have a break to have a coffee is a good time to chat or discuss different topics, or about how was our weekend or something about work. We go sometimes to lunch out of work and is another fantastic opportunity to talk about different things, daily routines, sports, politics, economical situations,s or something interesting.
2. What topics are you not allowed to talk about?
I think, that there is nothing forbidden in fact, but is totally true that there are topics that all of us try to avoid, such as religion, sometimes politics, and controversial questions about work that are better to be dealt with at work.
3. How damaging is it to spread rumors in the workplace?
It seems to me, that is very harmful to spread rumors in the workplace. I‘m base on my own experience in my current and my previous works, always that someone or more people spread whatever rumor in the workplace in one or another way, which ends up being harmful to someone or more than one in the company. Because in companies where work a lot of people is very important that the channels of means of communication of information are always the same and are totally well structured and safe so there not have problems with good and fluent communication in all company structure.
