We might not notice it, but making decisions, even if it is as simple as what to eat, what to wear, etc., takes up a lot of our energy. Imagine how much more exhausted our brains get when are constantly faced with complex matters that need our deciding prowess.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on numerous research, some people tend to have a \u201cdaily threshold for making decisions\u201d.
