It follows a comparative adjective or adverb and introduced by a specific subordinating conjunction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Types<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Equivalence (Equality)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To express similarity, use the\u00a0\u201c<strong>as\u2026as<\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are&nbsp;<strong>as driven as<\/strong>&nbsp;the other team is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have practice&nbsp;<strong>as consistently as<\/strong>&nbsp;you can to improve your speaking skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
