1- According to the video, how does nature affect people? How does it affect you?

The video says that if you see the nature document you can see reductions in tiredness and low energy, reductions in stress especially among younger people.

2- How often to do you watch nature documentaries and why?

I usually don’t watch nature documentaries because I don’t have a lot of time for watching documentaries, but on some occasions I watch nature documentaries on program tv because this program is free and I like this type of program.

I think that most people like watch nature documentary because you can watch different place and different type animals, If you see nature documentary you can reductions in stress

In my opinion, It is important because the nature is important for us. If nature is well, we would also be well, but if nature is not well, we will suffer.
