Breakfast is very important for me. I love having breakfast, although during busy weekdays I sometimes don’t spend as much time preparing it as I would like.

I usually have coffee and a slice of toast with olive oil and tomato, sometimes with turkey or avocado.

On weekends I always have breakfast. During the week it depends on whether I work from home or go to the office. If I work from home, I make time for a proper breakfast. If I go to the office, I wake up earlier and usually just have coffee there.

For me the the main meal is at noon at least in regards of quantity.
My point of view regarding losing weight is taht you need to practise some sports and be activated. Other important thing is to mix proteins , carbohydrates and vegetables. We should be focused on the quantuty of vegetables , reaching until 40% . Other important thing is to avoid
ultraprocessed food and to eat fruits out of the normal shcedule if you feel hungry

I don’t know. I supuse that this investigation is truth, because, if the person has a large dinner and after go to the bed, it’s normal that the person get weight
