How important is breakfast for you?
The breakfast is very important for me. I think it’s the most important meal of the day, because the people have a lot of hours without food and it’s necessary that the body get energy again

Do you always have breakfast in the morning or do you skip it? Why/Why not?
I never skip breakfast. I weakup every morning and I take a shower and I have a breakfast. I make coffee and toast with marmalade. When I wakeup I need to have a breakfast because if I have not breakfast, I feel weak and low tension in my body

Do you agree that big breakfasts could result to weight loss?
I don’t know. I supuse that this investigation is truth, because, if the person has a large dinner and after go to the bed, it’s normal that the person get weight

What do you usually have to get through the day?
I don`t understand this question. Do you explain me.

What are other ways to lose weight that you know of?
I think the correct way to lose weight is practice a sport, a balanced nutrition and eat little and often, 4 or 5 times a day

What is the most important meal of the day for you?
Breakfast.
