1. the signs of being burnt out are when you can’t sleep for example. well you fall asleep but when you wake up you are tired because your head is full of problems. Sadness comes into your life, and you feel like you have to climb a mountain every day. You can’t concentrate at work and simple things are very difficult for you. It is impossible to concentrate and you lose your memory.
