1. What is your opinion on not hiring smoking staff?
I agree because it’s an initiative to create new no-smoking area and more important, to make people aware of cigarette effect.

Legally, companies cannot do it, but it can give benefits to promote employees quit smoking.

First of all, Government shall to promote good habits and after that, decide if it necessary forbidden smoking in some areas.

I am disagree because is an unhealthy habits with terrible consequences in nervous system and respiratory system.

In my opinion, a company can establish a standard that all workers must comply with during the working day, it can also promote a healthy lifestyle, but I believe that not hiring people who smoke is discrimination.

As I have said before, a company can establish that smoking is prohibited during working hours or in the workplace, I also believe that a company can promote a healthy lifestyle and talk about tobacco related problems, but never force not to smoke outside of working hours.

In my opinion, it´s a very good idea, because i don´t like smoke. The tobacco makes me sick. in addition, in the university is a place for learn, and the habits it´s learning too.

Absolutely yes. For example, the productivity is less than other workers because in smoke time they don´t work. An option for the companies, would they incentivate whit more salary if stop smoking.
