1. It is a device that helps people with internet addiction. I think it is a good tool since many times we stop sharing with our family or partners because we are on the phone and we do not notice the time we spend on it

3.I think that if it is possible, if we have already been 100 years without them, we could easily do it, but many jobs related to this field would be lost.

4.This is a sensitive issue. I think it is an open debate among parents. I think the problem is not age, but rather the control and communication that parents have with their children.

5.Going to places without a mobile signal, leaving it at home when we go for a walk, even leaving it in another room in silence helps you to separate a little.

It’s an original system specially the system used to relate the addition and the physical/chemistry changes on the body.

In my opinion the reason why smartphones and mobiles apps could be addictive is related with the need that we have today to be connected permanently with our friends and contacts and give them a fast answer.

Is it possible to live without a smartphone and social media in this day and age? Why or why not?
I think it`s possible to live during a “limited period oftime” more or less long in function of our age, job and area where we live .

In your opinion, at what age should a child be given their first smartphone?
In my opinion only when I child take conscience about the risk of use it.
This age ideally should be different for each child.

What are other ways to avoid phone addiction?
In my opinion other ways to avoid phone addiction could be:
– To promove the personal relations, face to face.
– To forbiden its use in some circunstances and during a period of time.
