There are always cases but it is not usual.
2. What are the reasons why other people Cyber-bully?
People bully other people for personal or self-esteem problems.
3. Can there be a consequence for the people who does this?
In my country it is a crime depending on the characteristics of the bullying.

Self-esteem problems and depression.
5. Is there a way to stop people from cyber-bullying?
Putting high criminal charges and that people do not depend so much on social networks.

Good to know cyber-bullying is not very prevalent in your country.
