I agree with some things and have diferent opinion of another things ,i agree with that we should ban the social media for young people,but all is depend of the responsability and ripe of the diferrents persons .
The long_terms are mental issues like depression ,anxiety dismorfia ,or be insecure and the short_terms are pass a long of time with the phone ,addiction .
there are a lot of diferents videos ,and they can be positive and help you .
