1. I don’t know if it’s the main one, but I guess it helps you do things like pull your hair, which damages the root and helps you have more gray hair.

2. Yes, I have some gray hair but it doesn’t bother me I think it’s quite normal that we have some. I’ll dye it for a while I guess until I feel confident with my gray hair.

3.I only wash it once a week and use natural products to keep it healthy
