A study shows that many people spend half the day daydreaming or have their minds wander instead of concentrating on what they are doing. Most of those who daydream are the ones not happy at the moment like those who are working.

Yes, I agree that the unhappier you are, the more you leave your mind to be lost in other realities.

I think I’m quite realistic and I don’t use to daydream. However, sometimes I like to imagine that my targets are fulfilled. I guess it is a kind of daydreaming.

When I’m interested in what I’m doing, I don’t find it too difficult to focus on it.

I think that it could be true. People feed unhappiness when they don’t have what they want so they spend time imaging what their live would be if they had what they want.

The first think that I do to stay focus on what I am doing is enjoying with I ‘m doing and not to be boring. Secondly, avoiding interruption and being concentrate on that.

I believe that people who daydream are not happy, they do not do what they would really like and they need to dream about another reality, something they want to do or experience.

No, not consciously, I think I’m quite realistic and accept reality whether it’s positive or negative. If something is out of your reach, it is better to accept reality than the frustration of discovering over time that you have not achieved it.

Yes, I do. But I don’t sure how happens.
I think that it happen, but depend of situation of each person; because this can be negative or positive.
Depend of the situation, daydreaming can help to carry your bad moments to a state more nice; Or, in the opposite side; daydreaming can let you drop and you don`t know, how do you arrive there!.
And of soon you are in a situation that you wan´t be; This happens basically when we have our mind in other part, we are distracted easily and we mistake.

I often do! I like daydreaming, I imagine situations of my cotidian life and I resolve. I try use it as a positive skill, though sometime I am distracted more of the necessary.
When that happens I can wrong a lot.

The truth, if it’s work,I have a good power of concentration, and when I do it, is as if I were in a bubble.
I concentrate so much that I am not able to realize what is going on around me.
