Take a look at this sentence and a minor revision you can make to it:
Keep writing!
According to the text, there is a connection between happiness and health, having a better immune system and overall health those who are happier. In addition, happier people may be able to live longer.
In contrast, sad people may be able to get illnesses with more frequency, as their immune system is weaker. They can also feel more stressed than happy people.
Many years ago, I thought my source of happiness was the money or couple-love, but nowadays I think that are my self-love and my self-confidence. In my opinion, there is no one only factor that guarantees happiness, but many variables are involved. However, I think if you don’t love and accept yourself, you won’t ever be able to be happy, but everyone needs to feel loved and accepted for their family, friends, and couples too.
Maybe, I would say that the source of happiness is love in general terms.
