1-I think that in the first place, it is more difficult for adult people to keep the resolutions o goals, because sometimes they should make otrers things that are more important o priority.
2-The young people have resolutions more real and easy to keep. for example, study more.
3-Depending on the resolutions, sometimes you have to have willpower to be able to fulfill it. For that reason they stop doing it.
4-A good resolutions are lost weight and stop smoke.
5-I don’t have goals for this year, but I would like to eat less cookies.

The good things about New Year’s resolutions are that normally the goals to achieve are good for health, happiness, etc. and the bad things are that sometimes the goals are very demanding.

In my opinion New Year’s resolutions are not useful by itself I think that any time in the year is a good time to try to get a goal.

One goal I have this year is to try to eat healthier.

It depend for the person, in many times I think is funny at the last night of the year to say “the next year i will to do a master or will go up to Everest”.
