Homelessness is when a person does not have a permanent home or a place to live in. It’s very difficult for homeless people to find a secure and safe place to stay in. There are several reasons why and how people end up homeless.

There are not homeless children in my country (Spain), at least they are not showed in the streets, obviously they have to exist.
I think the government have not allow their existence, but I can imagine there is a very complex problem to solve, because of the needs of money and not everybody would agree with that (put money)
I think people look down by two reasons: one is for don’t feel bad in case of not giving money and the other one probably by shame or feel guilty of the situation, because you have house and money and the homeless have nothing at all.
