Also by sitting long periods less fat is burn and sedentarism is linked with some type of cancer and heart disease, diabetes, kidney and liver problems and premature death.

I agree. sitting is to have a rest when your body really need it. But we do many things sitting: eating, working, moving by bus, by car waiting for the doctor, or watching TV. Exception is the hour we take to do some sport. Lucky if you have a daily hour to do so.

If you don’t have choice because you works by sitting, then try to adopt good postures.
