I think the problem is the traditional marriage customs in china, the parents are the responsible of their son´s love live and when the couples get married is a family decision so it´s normal the increasing of the divorce rate with people who want to life with a new lifestyle.
Idon´t believe that neither a test nor government pressures solve the problem.

In Europe may be effective a way to facilitate the comunication but associated with mental health programs or family helps. The people have rights and freedom for take their decisions without a “big brother” watching.

What can happen in a couple can only be solved by them and not by others.

Absolutely not. To take an exam to find out how strong their marriage is and whether it can be saved I think that it is absurd.

As the reading say divorces are increasing because more women are working, and it is influencing to the stability of the family. The government could help to the families allowing more balance between professional and work life. It would help to the families to be more relaxing and happiness, and as result less conflict at home.

In my opinion, a government cannot intervene in a relationship between adults, if it has been freely chosen, so the indicated in the text does not seem to me to be a correct measure.
