I think is very unfair. If he had to he 7 years in prision, why he have to be 5 year more just because an error?
In compensation they would give here the money that he could win in the 5 years. And all the people that did that Agafili stay five more years in prision will be penalized.
If this happens to me I would very angry and I would claim money and punishments for the organizers.
I don’t know if here, in Spain, happen something similar because I don’t know about the prision and the prisioners in Spain.
When I hear the world “prision” I think a place with high walls and with a very big tower with a light to seen if there are people trying to scape.

Good to have you on the PE blog! May this exercise helps you practice and improve your skills in writing a little further.

Be a bit mindful with spelling, punctuations, and better word choice.

Here are some sentences you can still revise:

If this happened to me, I would be very angry and I would definitely claim money/seek for a large compensation, and even sue those involved in my unlawful incarceration punishments for the organizers.

To more entries from you!

I think this kind of error is unacceptable.

Any can not compensate for people who suffer this kind of injustice. I think judges, jury, lawyers and witnesses should be penalized also with jail when they participate in this kind of injustice. I am sure, in this way, next time they will be more careful before to accuse to an innocent.

At the beginning, I would feel angered, sad, desperate, anguished, anxiious, etc……But, after a period, I would try to take advantages studing, reading, meditationg, etc.

Recently, it happens to a Sandro Rosell, ex president of Barcelona Fotball Club. He was found guilty of theft money and he was sentenced to two years. But now, he was acquitted because he was declared innocent. Justice do not find any incriminating evidence.
He says nothing can pay the time he spent in prison, hence he claims justice. He hopes the gulties pay for that.

When I hear the Word “prison” I think of a four-walls little room, with a little window near to the ceiling. But if I think of Venezuela´s prisons, I think of a overcrowded place where prisoners are raped and mistreated.

Being imprisoned is bad enough. Being wrongfully imprisoned is worse. Thanks for sharing what you know about this topic.

I am sure, in this way, next time they will be more careful before to accuse to an innocent.
