The impacts of oil drilling are very bad for nature. Some impacts are:
deforestation, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, disruption of water flows, generation of polluting residues from drilling, noises and vibrations that impact on the fauna and others impacts.

What can you say about the world’s dependence on oil resources?
The world’s depend of the oil resources because it’s a important business for the big and powerful companies. There are another ways to produce progress and cover needs, but these are not lucrative. For example: generation electrical by solar panels.

What are the sustainable and environmentally-friendly alternatives to oil?
The sustainable and environmentally-friendly alternatives to oil are:
Wind energy
Solar energy
Bioenergy
Geothermal energy

In Spain, the solar energy had a boom about 2015 but, the government included a tax solar. This is incredible, this produce that people stop to develop and to implement this alternative, because, it was no longer profitable or cheap.
