Kindness is an important human virtue. Simple acts of kindness to our loved ones, to strangers, and even to ourselves make the world a happier place.
So during this challenging time, it is very important to treat everyone with kindness. It creates an opportunity to show others that we care and it could be our biggest defense against some social, psychological, and mental consequences of Covid-19.

- Are you a kind person? Are you attracted to kind people? Explain your answer.
- Can you think of a life-changing act of kindness in your life?
- When you are kind to others and they are not, what policy do you adopt? Do you keep going or do you feel abused and stop being kind to them?

1. I consider myself a kind person. I prefer kind people. I am more attracted to them than the others. But you have to deal with all the people, and even try to change them.
2. I don’t think an act of kindness will change my life. You must always be kind. If you are not kind, perhaps an act of kindness can change you.
3. Continue to be friendly. That is the best policy. I try and do not stop, unless it is very rude and I have to leave.
4. The kindest person I knew was my mother. He always had a smile on his face. He spoke to you well, he helped you in everything. Always willing to help.
5. No, I think it depends on the person. Although I also think that women are more friendly than men.
