In my opninion this therapy can give you a inflammation relief but I think that subject your body to extreme conditions can’t be good

I have tried cold water baths and I can’t spent to much time inside

1. I never heard about this therapy before… I know about the cryo-preservation when the people past away. But no idea about this therapy with alive people.
2. Good Things: The people feels more energy, they can sleep better, and they feel a relax sensation. Bad things: This is a very expensive therapy, they haven’t references to scientifics or clinical studies about the “benefits” of this therapy.
3. I’m not interested to try it because I’m not sure about the “real” effects, and I prefer have more information about the secundary o adverse effects of this therapy. And the most important reason, I’m feel very good, I’havent phisical problems o pain.
4. I haven’t interest in this topic… I prefer the traditional way to treat the body problems, like the phisioterapy…
5. Many years ago, I was in a “flotarium”, it is a very small place like a capsule, with a lot of salt in the water, inside you can float, and with the atmosphere (relaxing music/ soft lights…), you can have a very good experience to feel more relaxing.
6. May be in the future, if I have problems, I will try with the acupunture. I have curiosity about this old therapy.
