In my opninion this therapy can give you a inflammation relief but I think that subject your body to extreme conditions can’t be good

I have tried cold water baths and I can’t spent to much time inside

1.As far as I’m concerned, this type of treatment could become dangerous if its use is not supervised. The more you feel great after doing it, the more you use it and your body is exposed to extremely low temperatures more frequently.
2.That actives metabolism, gives you energy, it could improve your sleep. IT can cause tissue damage and it’s not recommended for people that have a history of stroke high blood pressure, infecctions, pregnancy or claustrophobia.
3. I wouldn’t be interested in try it. I don’t rely on treatments that activates your body because your body thinks its going to die.
4.There’s a treatment that freeze some fat areas of your body in order to loose that fat. But then you can get bruises in that area
5.I have never tried that kind of therapies on me.
6.I am not interested in that kind of therapies, I prefer draining massages that produce physical stimulus than chemical therapies
