Happiness is a simple word with a deep meaning behind it. When we feel positive emotions we tend to feel happy. That is what happiness is all about. It is also regarded as the mental state of a person in an optimistic manner.

I think about nice things that make me feel calm and comfortable with joy like a beautiful landscape, spending time with my husband doing things together, eating tasty food…

It means to obtain the size or the amount of something using an instrument. “We measured the size of the bed in the shop to know if it fitted in our room”.
3. What does “doom and gloom” mean? Give 2 synonyms.
It means a fatal fate, darkness, pessimism, anguish

My idea of happiness is to be able to spend time doing things that I like the most and enjoying the small things like eating nice food, walking through a forest, swimming in the sea.

I think it mainly depends on the attitude we have when dealing with each situation. Thus, it is affected by external things but it depends on how we deal with those external things.
3. What is or was the happiest time of your life?
When my husband and I travelled through Argentina visiting beautiful regions, like the waterfalls and the glaciers, and we decided to share our lives together.
4. Do you feel that you have to work hard and be miserable now in order to be happy later? Elaborate.
No, I don’t. I feel that we should decide what we really want and don’t want in our lives and put a realistic effort to achieve them.
