Human-centered design is a way of solving problems, and it’s getting a lot of attention. This video shows you what human-centered design is all about and why it’s making waves. It explains how focusing on people can make a big difference in different areas or industries.

1. What makes human-centered design effective?
I think, because have the requirements of the users as the most important things of all the process. The goal is the User’s satisfaction.

2. How does human-centered design uniquely benefit users?
Offer them just the things they really needed in a practical and useful way.

3. Share successful examples of human-centered design applications.
If you compare with, for example 20 years ago, right now almost everything has a human-centered design, and they test all having into consideration de User Experience and so on. So, there are a lot of examples: smartphones, smartwatches, mobile apps, cars, IA apps like ChatGPT, etc.
4. Has your company adopted human-centered design in its projects? Cite examples on how.
Almost in all of them (maybe some exceptions are the regulatory affairs) for example, in the design of the On-line Banking, etc.

5. Do you think this method can work for personal projects? Why or why not?
I don’t think so. in your daily life you have a more heuristic approach and try on-the-fly to solve the problems and come up with the solutions.
I see the Human-centered methodology more in a Work Project approach with people working together trying to find the best outcome.
