1- I don’t agree that they should retire because of age, if the person is mentally well, I think they can continue to be active.
2- I think a leader should have experience, charisma and honesty.

4- I think it doesn’t depend on age, it only depends on honesty and desire to serve their people.
5- I think you would be a good leader, although you would not have experience in running a country.
