Apple has removed its customer reviews and ratings from all products of the Apple website. The company has stayed silent about this matter. It’s still not clear though as to why this has happened.

Really, I don’t understand why do apple done its, because I think that feedback the other people are important for decide about a product. The people’s opinions are so importants, and I think that remove the customer revies is a fall by apple.

I don’t agree; how I explained before, to have the possibility of read opinions about of product that I am interesting for me is important. The opinions help me take a decision, and to have the posibility of read other opinions about a product gives me true.

Exactly, if I can’t read or obtain information cause me suspicious about a product or service, and I search other places.

I like to find diverses asnwer; its make me confidence more in the brand or the company that provide the product.
When there are different review, with opinions very well and very bad; I usually review other page that can give me information about this, and I try to read other page online that haven’t relation with the brand.

I think that is very important, because the client will trust more about the product, if he/she have access to review different opinion. Also, I think if the information that provide have mixed review is more credible, because provide different opinions about a same product.

I think that Apple is a great company, due to the fact that thanks to their products they have created a before and after in the technology age, but on the other hand, I don’t like that they sell their products so expensive, since really their construction is cheap. But hey, this is why what they really sell is status and the experience of feeling rich.
