1.What do you think of the benefits of Google employees?
I think that they have good benefits at their company, especially in terms of salary, but the other benefits don’t seem particularly relevant to me since I don’t have pets and I have free gym in my soccer team.

I have recently started a new job in Keepler and after having studied the market related to data consultancy, I consider that I am currently in one of the best companies to work for in Spain in this sector.
But this is something really subjective, since depending in your background, interests, personal situation and so on you will consider better one company or another or the benefits that offers you.
3.If you were happy working for a company, would you go on holiday less?
If I am happy working for a company, I wouldn’t go less in holidays since I consider go on vacation is something necessary for me. Also, it will benefit the company because my performance will continue at the same level or will increase after some rest. If you work without rest for a really long period, will affect your performance and you will be more likely to make a mistake or take bad decissiones as a consequence of the fatigue.
4.What are the important benefits you want to receive from the company you are working for?
The important benefits that I value most in a company are remote work, flexibilty for personal balance, health insurance, savings/retirement plan, continuous education plan, career path/plan and of course a good salary.
5.What are the good and bad things about your company?
The good things about my company are that every single point from the previous question are covered in it, except the savings/retirement plan which would be the improvement that I would propose.

1. In my opinion, it is a fantastic way for companies to offer added value to their employees and differ themselves from other enterprises.
2. I’ve seen that in Spain, companies in the financial and health sectors are the best valued ones. In my opinion, these rankings are very subjective, as the concept of each employee regarding the best benefits and thus, consider a company as the best, may vary from one employee to another.
3. I wouldn’t say that being happier in a company is directly connected to taking less vacation. However, if employees are satisfied at work, they may enjoy their holiday a bit more.
4. In my view, there are some basic benefits – appart from getting a good salary -, for example: continuous educational offer, conciliation measures, medical checkups and fiscal benefits. Moreover, nowadays I also consider gym memberships, access to physical and mental health care, food service and special discounts are very important.
5. On the upside, my company offers some trainings from time to time, options to telework a few hours a week and some fiscal benefits. On the downside, I could say that they do not offer flexibility when it comes to workhours and that they should increase the offer of social benefits.
