1. The use of drones can be an attraction for customers, but many people prefer the personalized and pleasant treatment that only a physical person can give.
2. I have never been in this type of establishment. The closest thing I’ve experienced is at the airport where some airlines have replaced check-in employees with machines and you have to do the check-in yourself. There was no one to explain how to use them and several tapes failed and they had to call staff to do it themselves.

What can I say about food serve by drones? It’s seams crazy for me. Drones mainteance is hard, and expensive, usually is not something that you can do by yourself, at least if you are a restaurator.
It’s crystal clare that in today’s world you need to do different. With the expansion of internet one pearson can see a lot of strange things even whitout leaving the bathroom. Probably because of this we need restaurants like the one in the article. People get bored about the same day by routine.
In fact, thematics restaurants, hotels, establishments likewise, are far from a brand new thing. Who could forgotten those “American restaurants” from the 90’s? I remember my natal city, Alicante, had plenty of them.
Is craziest one “American restaurant” than the one of the article? Maybe a bit, just because the risk, but in the end, we’re living in the age of technology, in the beginnin of the IA. At the time, in the future, quite sure, you would see food cocked and served by IA’s.
Things like abouve make people think, it worth the price? Do we really need those stuffs?
The answer is blowing in the wind, while one people likes this, and pay for, thematic restaurants will be around us.

This restaurant could really work because it’s something new, and people doesn’t only look for food when they go to a restaurant. Nowadays, diners want also some kind of experience, being a japanese cook that is cutting sushi in front of the customers, or drones serving them.

The most exciting restaurant i have ever had was in a vintage american restaurant, that the waiters and waitress bringed you the dishes on roller skates! It was a thing on 80’s, but nowadays the places that does that are more like “luxury” restaurant and are very uncommon.
