The vaccines are a way of administering antibodies to fight viruses or bacteria. The body reacts in the same way as if it had the diseases and may have similar symptoms for hours or days but it allows to protect the body from possible future infections.

I know several vaccines because I have a son, he is 9 month old and he has recently had vaccines such a hepatitis, meningitis, chicken pox, measles, and many others.

Of course, I know about covid-19 vaccines and when I traveled to Thailand I was vaccinated against yellow fever and malaria.

I believe that vaccines are helpful for society, to improve live expectancy and for other countries they are essential for the survival of children. I think they are very necessary and after the pandemic we see that it is important to invest in public health and research to be able to react quickly to a pandemic situation.

As I mentioned earlier some people may react with disease-like symptoms but I believe they are not harmful but the opposite. The denialist school of thought harms people more than a vaccine.

Vaccines are injections of dead or weak form of viruses, that produce antibodies in the organism to become immune and can defend itself when viruses attack.

Some of the vaccines I know are against chickenpox, hepatitis, polio or tetanus. The most recent vaccines that have appeared are those against Covid-19, because of which a lot of people died in beginning of 2020.

I have always hated vaccines, not because I’m afraid of needles, but I’m so apprehensive and I feel anxious when I think a harmful substance is being injected inside my body. However, I’m conscious that they are helpful to deal with viruses; I suffered so much when I became infected with Covid-19, although I had already 2 doses of vaccines, so I cannot imagine how I would have suffered if I wouldn’t had been vaccinated before.

However, it’s true that some people died or became ill when got this vaccine. I agree that some vaccines can cause illnesses, because as I said, after all, it is a harmful substance that is being injected inside the organism.
