1-I don’t have a strict diet. I never have. However, I should say that I am eating more consciously than some years ago. Nowadays I try to balance my diet among meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, legumes, etc. Years ago I didn’t think much of what I ate. The reason I am more conscious now it’s because we all have more information about nutrition in general, people are trying to change their eating habits in order to be healthy or healthier.
2-Dementia is a disease usually suffered by older people, it affects their brain and creates confusion, loss of memory, etc.
3-Poor memory can affect the quality of life of a person and even be dangerous for the person. It prevents you from remembering memories, plans, or even where you are going or if you have or not have taken your medicine. As it gets worse, the person will need to be more dependent on others.
4-I think we should first get vitamin D from all foods that contain vitamin D. However, until it is not proven that supplements are efficient, I don’t think these are harmful, so I don’t discard taking supplements as well.
