Scientists believe the spice turmeric could help the brain to heal itself. Researchers from the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine in Germany examined the effects of properties found in turmeric on rats. Dr Laura Phipps, from the charity Alzheimer’s Research UK said that it was too early to decide whether or not the research will be groundbreaking.

Yes, I do. I have been using turmeric in my food for many years now.
We can find spices such as cinnamon, pepper, ginger, and also turmeric very helpful for reducing inflammation.
In my opinion, I don’t think it could cure but I’m sure it could help in the prevention and keep you out from diseases like Alzheimer’s.
That’s right I use supplements such are Omega 3 and probiotics, but I prefer to get the whole nutrients from the food I eat.
I enjoy Indian food because they use a large number of spices that I do not use frequently to select in my dishes, so it inspires me to try the typical dishes with more spices.

We could say that turmeric is ‘spice-cial’ (It’s a joke spice + special) 😉

I’ve tasted spice turmeric and I like it a lot.
I don’t know exactly about their benefits but I think they can be much better than salt and sugar for example.
I’m not sure about turmeric as the solution for brain diseases, we must wait more results to know it.
I take supplements from time to time, when I think they can help me on my daily life.
I like a lot indian cuisine so I try to eat it when I can.
