I have not practiced yoga so far, neither meditation. I can’t comment much about yoga. However, I think that it’s important for people who want to relax and be healthy.

Even though, football is more aggressive than yoga, It helps me a lot to be healthy and change my mood. Even when I have a bad day or a bad week, football help me to improve it too.

According to the text, yoga makes you focus on exercise, breathing and meditation, helping with heart disease, high blood pressure, lower back pain and mood.

To feel better and improve my mood and mental, physical health I use to go to gym. Normally, I try to practice some sport 5 days per week; also, I would like to start meditation, but it is so difficult for me to silent my mind when my body is quiet.
