Hi!
As says the article, travelling alone has a lot of benefits because you have to be more independent and try to “draw” the route yourself in every moment. Of course It must be an interesting experience, but in my case I prefer to travel with people, maybe it isn’t necessary a big group, but I feel safer that travelling alone.
The article mentions all the good points of going alone, meeting new people, finding unusual places, etc. and I agree too, but I you have any problem and you’re in company, possibly you find a solution sooner that If you are alone.
Maybe por this reason I have never travelled alone and it’s possible the same reason for many people for don’t doing it.
