About the effects of caffeine.

Actually, I quit caffeine a year ago, because I notice that without caffeine I was feeling better, sleeping better and my anxiety was under control.

The sleeping cycle.
It’s very important, becuse it regulates when and how you sleep

The video is about the last research of the effects of caffeine on health. The conclusion is that drinking 200 mgr of caffeine (two shots of coffe expresso) can delays falling asleep until 40 minutes.

2. Do you like drinking caffeinated drinks?
Yes, I do a lot. I admit I drink three or four coffes every day. I have no problem falling asleep when a I go to bed, but since I’m father I sometimes delay bedtime more than I would like.

Three or four coffes every day. The more important are the one of morning and after lunch.

The circadian rhythm is a biological cycle that our body has to regulate several hormone processes and cell healing. This process depends on our asleep time, and if we don’t take care of it, it can has an impact on our health, for example depression or bipolar disorder.
