1. In general I agree on the tips but not for holidays, but for all the days in your life. I think we need to apply all the tips in our everyday in order to get a better life.
2. I try to return to work slowly, without rushing into it. I prefer to take some days to assimilate the updates, instead of trying to do it the very first day.
3. My holidays tend to be of two weeks at most, the problem is that if I take a long vacation, then I cannot get more vacations the rest of the year.
4. It is harder the longer the vacations have been. I try to slowly return to the routine in order to manage stress.
