The micro crimes are usual in Spain too.
About paying someone cash for services, I think that the governments have to find a solution in order to avoid this kind of situation. We need to help the workers to have benefits to declare all this non declared money.
And the same case for illegally downloading, sometimes it is very expensive to buy music, and films, we need to have different ways to buy and pay for this.
It’s interesting to see that the middle class men have a most important percentage to micro crimes, that could be for the access to contract different people, and the possibility to access to technology.
Fortunately I live in a very safe Village, if I have to choose something to worry about house burglaries.
To solve micro crimes it is necessary to change the low or rules to allow people solve correctly that.
I don’t believe about fines to solve that.
