1. Is the form that the people calibrate if other person appear to be honest. When a person tell him a personal story and you think that this story is real and appear that all the things in the history was happened in the same form that the person say for the words that he used or his expresions. We can say that this person have a credible story and probably we think that is a credible person.
2. In the audio talks about the credibility. It’s an important thing in many works and talks about the characteristics that a person must have if pretend to transmit honesty and credibility when need to talk for other persons.
3. It’s important because the people to talk with values transmit security and the other people probably think that know very well the things that he talk.
4. It’s important admit the mistakes because definitely all are humans and if you admit your mistakes transmit naturality but you need to take care because it’s all the time you have mistakes, the people probably will think that you don’t have the appropiate preparation.
