1. According to the video, what does good posture look like?
When you are stand up, you should be able to draw a straight line just in from of your shoulders to behind your hips to the front of your knee to a few inches in front of your ancles. If you are sitting your neck should be vertical, your shoulders relax with your arms closed to your trunk. The knees should be aright angles with the feet flat on the floor

Not good at all. I spend long time sitting behind a computer at work. Despite trying to stay in a good position and conditioned the environment after some minutes my muscles becomes tired and adopt bad postures.
3. How has good posture benefit you?
Decreasing back pain and that’s mean less visit to my physical therapist.
4. What are the causes of poor posture? What are it effects?
The cause is long time in the same position. And as mentioned in the video it increase likelihood of accidents, tension headaches and back pain.
