1- What influences your choice of company to work for?
I beleive that choicing a company to work for if not only a matter of money. Retribution offered is a very important part of the choice, but there are plenty of factors that can be decisive. For instance, I can list a few: working hours, possibility of working from home, work environment, etc. These are examples of things that in 2021 people (and I myslef) value.

2- In your opinion, what is the most important benefit offered by your company?
I think that my company offers me a set of conditions that, without being very special, make me feel happy and confortable with my current job. I would highlight the possibility of working from home that my company brings to me and the rest of my collegues.

3- What made you decide to accept your company’s job offer?
When I chose to work for my company I did it beacuse I really wanted to change my job and I wanted to work in a bigger company with a good reputation. When they send me an offer I had little doubts about the decision. The conditions offered where good enough to convince me (partially remote work, growing opportunities, etc).

4- If you can make a suggestion to your company, what benefit/s would you like your company to offer to its employees?
I would suggest to implement flexible check-in and check-out times. This could be a great improvement that could make everyone happy.

Very well done constructing your sentences!

Here is one thing you can improve a little further. Be a bit mindful about spelling.

I beleive that choicing a company to work for if not only a matter of money.

I believe that choosing a company to work for is not only a matter of money.

Thank you so much and until your next entry.

What influences your choice of company to work for?
I could say that having a great work environment is the best thing to have. However, you won’t have any proof of that until you’re in, so I guess I would choose the second most important factor: working on a motivating project. That’s what will ease your tough early mornings.

In your opinion, what is the most important benefit offered by your company?
Somebody once told me that if you quit all the noise around a job offer it only matters the salary, it doesn’t matter the role, the promise of possible growth, the fact that will be part of a great company and such. He told me that we’re just mercenaries, which is a sad idea considering that nowadays there’s a lot of side benefits in near every job opportunity. In my opinion, the most important benefit has to do with bonuses and/or training fund.

What made you decide to accept your company’s job offer?
I guess all of the above, salary increase, bonuses, training fund, motivational project… That’s why I accepted the job, but I keep working for the same company mainly because of the great work enviroment.

If you can make a suggestion to your company, what benefit/s would you like your company to offer to its employees?
Lack of professional growth has been a constant during these last five years. The think is I love working for them but it seems there’s no opportunity to prove other skills than the usual, which make me feel sometimes bored of always doing the same thing.

Interesting insights and well-written responses. Your efforts are definitely paying off.

Here is a sentence you can revise:

The think is I love working for them but it seems there’s no opportunity to prove other skills than the usual, which make me feel sometimes bored of always doing the same thing.

The thing is, I love working for them but it seems as if there’s no more opportunity to try discovering other skills than the ones I already have which makes me feel bored of always doing the same thing sometimes.

Until your next entry!
