Do you always sleep late? If staying in bed till late morning interests you, better watch out for yourself. This is not a recommended practice by health experts. Even doctors all over the world suggest to strictly avoid sleeping late. Sleeping late not only makes your body subject to various health problems, but also disturbs your daily routine and increases stress. Your physical and mental health both will be greatly affected.

2. For me “Sleep” means an important/mandatory/necessary action. Without these processes, our bodies can’t function correctly.
3. I consider that I sleep enough. I sleep six to seven hours every day. As per expert’s opinions, the perfect hours for sleeping are seven to eight hours. But with 6-7 hours I am Ok.

For me sleeping is a natural needing of our living organism. Simply if we don’t sleep we die. Our body needs to rest a certain number of hours to save energy and allow our systems to work properly.

Yes, I use to sleep 7 hours a day, which at the moment results in a good health and I don’t feel tired during the day.
4. What are you like if you don’t get enough sleep?
I get tired, at least for the first hour. Then I use to recover.

Not much, honestly. Only when I had night jobs when I was 23-24 years old, but it was only for a few weeks and a summer. Afterwards I had also a job where I had to travel a lot so I had to wake up very early in the morning and I used to go to be earlier in order to sleep at least 6-7 hours.
