Do you always sleep late? If staying in bed till late morning interests you, better watch out for yourself. This is not a recommended practice by health experts. Even doctors all over the world suggest to strictly avoid sleeping late. Sleeping late not only makes your body subject to various health problems, but also disturbs your daily routine and increases stress. Your physical and mental health both will be greatly affected.

1. What time do you usually go to bed?
I usually go to bed at ten from Monday to Thursday, on weekends I probably go to bed at eleven or twelve. If I have to work the next day, I fall asleep earlier because I need eight hours of sleep.
2. What does sleep mean to you?
Sleep is very important for me, I need stay on the bed almost eight hours every single night. It is necessary to stay healthy and active.
3. Do you always get enough sleep?
Yes I do.
4. What are you like if you don’t get enough sleep?
I have a headache, I feel uncomfortable, ungry and very tired. I am not a person who well-functioning if I couldn´t sleep well.
5. How have your sleeping patterns changed over the years?
Now it’s hard to sleep well, I wake up several times throughout the night. When I was young, I slept without waking up all night. Of course I felt better.
