We already know that what we eat is important in making sure that we have a healthy body. But did you know that eating very late at night can have some negative effects on your health?

First of all, if we eat late and then go directly to bed, there is no time to us to make the digestion, so we will probably feel heavy and won’t sleep properly. But also, because it is good for our gut health to have a eating schedule, so out body is ready to digest.
2. What time do you normally have dinner? Why is it this early or late? I usually have dinner between 8 and 9 pm. I think is a great time. Sometimes i have dinner latter because of unexpected events, or because I am out. But in this cases, I try to have something as an snack in order to have a light dinner.
3. How often do you eat or have a snack at very late hours? Never. I am very lucky because I sleep very well, so I don’t up in the middle of the night. And if it happens, I turn over and continue sleeping

Poor digestion: When you eat a late night dinner, it leads to several gastric issues.
Weight Gain: Your body’s metabolism slows down during night time. Also, it is not as effective in burning calories as it is during the day time.
Effect on mental health: When you haven’t slept properly, you wake up feeling irritated and moody.
Increase in blood pressure: Eating and sleeping late at night could also lead to hypertension and diabetes.
2. I normally have dinner at 8:00 p.m. I think the time is correct and early.

Normally at 21 or at 22 and this is late. In home, we try to have dinner earlier, at 20, but not always we achieve it. The reasons are the problems explained above.

For me, to maintain my weight is important for healthy reasons. Of course it has an impact on beauty, but the main reason for my is health. For the purpose of maintain my weight, not just eating but also exercising should be included.
