1. What is your own prediction on the world’s population?
My own prediction about the world’s population is that the population will grow in the next seventy or eighty years until 2100 in the same way as the article’s prediction. But I’m not sure about ¿how much the population will grow until 2100?. I think that the article’s prediction would be too much hopeful.
I totally agree with the article, about Asia and Africa will be the continents where the population will grow more than the others in next years and dècades.
2. What are the reasons the population will increase, decrease, or stop growing?
I think that the population will increase in the next seventy or eighty years, instead of, nowadays in some countries, the natality is decreasing or at least are stop growing. I hope, and I read articles like that one, where the scientists could assure that the tendency in the next decades could be that the population at least by a few percent will increase in most countries and continents due to the majority of young people will have incentives to have children, like subventions or more paternity months.
3. Talk about the population of your country.
Is evidence, right now in our country that the pyramid is inverted, namely, there are much more elder people than young people in the social structure and there are fewer and fewer births. This a fact, that we can’t ignore and is present in our society, however, the government tries to do actions, and policies to promote and increase the natality in our country like subvention for births for families or more paternity days for fathers.
I hope that tendency will change next years because this problem will be not just a problem for the natality but a problem with stability and keeping the pension system.
