1. What is ecotourism?
A style of tourism for people who prefer nature and animal life over mass tourism.
2. What are the advantages of ecotourism?
Ecotourism helps to conserve nature, preserve the local environment, promote respect for the culture of the people who live in the area visited, minimize the impact of tourism in the area, and reduce the carbon footprint.
3. What are examples of ecotourism in your country?
In Spain we have some areas specialized in Ecotourism in the North, in Cantabria, the North of Castilla, and also in some places of Catalonia.

4. Talk about your experience going on an ecotouristic trip.
I have traveled to Costa Rica, Alaska and the Northwest Territories of Canada where you can be in relationship with nature and wildlife and get to know the culture of the people without the pressure of mass tourism.
