1. What is your opinion about Pontevedra?
Pontevedra is a nice Galician City, with plenty of nature and opportunities to practice sports close to the mountains, parks, and nature. And apart from that, and thanks that I have had the opportunity to watch the video and I read the article, I have realized the great work that Pontevedra’s Government and its mayor have been doing since the 90s decades until now so promote and help people to journeys on foot or by cycle instead by cars, which has favored among other things to avoid deadly road accident since 2011, the 73 per cent of journeys are made on foot or by bike, or the CO2 emission level dropped by 67 per cent since 1990s.
2. Do you like walking? Why or why not?
Yes, I like walking because I love sports and I like walking, go running and trekking, sharing three of them. I love practicing them because I like to keep fit and healthy since I was a child, and I have wanted to practice sports, in general, such as football, paddle or tennis.
I usually take a walk around my city or close to the Llobregat River on nice trips with fantastic views. This trip starts in Sant Boi, my town, and there are two or three different options to choose from. One of them is from Sant Boi to Sant Vicenc, in this case, the trip goes through different towns inland and the other one goes to the coast to El Prat de Llobregat, where we can stand out a nice beach and a beautiful walk close to the sea.

3. Why is it important to have cities that are good for walking?
I believe that it’s important to have cities that are good for walking because is totally demonstrated by scientific studies that walking around 30 minutes or one hour per day is healthy for people, of all ages, but especially for elder people or people with health problems such as heart problems, cardiovascular problems or sugar problems.
4. What are the benefits of walking?
There are a lot of benefits of walking. For example, maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type two diabetes, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve your muscle levels or increase energy levels. Those could be one of the many benefits that walking daily has for our health.

5. Is your city good for walking?
As I said before in question 2, my city or town has different options for taking a walk in a relaxed environment with plenty of nature. One option could be around the river Llobregat, as I said before, from Sant Boi town to the beach, and another interesting option is to climb up the Sant Ramon mountain, a great climb around 4.5 km, that people usually do on foot or by cycle, which offers a fantastic opportunity to visit the church when people arrive to the top of the mountain.

The efforts you put into writing your answers are commendable.

Here is a bit of a better way to express this one:

I believe that it’s important to have cities that are good for walking because is totally demonstrated by scientific studies that walking around 30 minutes or one hour per day is healthy for people, of all ages, but especially for elder people or people with health problems such as heart problems, cardiovascular problems or sugar problems.

I believe that it’s important to have cities that are good for walking because scientific studies have found that walking around 30 minutes to one hour per day is healthy for people, of all ages, but especially for elderly people or people with health problems such as heart or cardiovascular and diabetes.

Keep up the good job.
