According to research, psychic power has no relation to education, IQ or selective memory but is rather related to lack of analytical skills. Although science claims there is no evidence that such a power exists, a reasonable number of people still believe in it. It is not surprising though since there were a few psychics in the past that gave accurate predictions.
Let’s watch the video and learn more about these predictions.
Discussion Questions:
- What are the psychic predictions mentioned in the video?
- Do you believe in psychic power? Why or why not?
- Can this power be helpful or abusive to those who believe in it?

Discussion Questions:
1. What are the psychic predictions mentioned in the video?
There were several:
P.e.: Jeanne Dixon: alleged predict the demotrats victory in the USA Elections and the death of the president elected (JFK)… also the end of the WWII, etc…
Nostradamus: alleged predict the burn of London, the French Revolution, the raise of Napoleon, the WWII and the raise of Hitler, etc.
Edgar Cayce, also alleged predict the 1929 crash in the stock market in the USA, the WWII, etc.
In the Bible, in The Book of Job talks vaguely about the position of the earth in the space, also about radio waves and so forth at least this is the “new reading”.
2. Do you believe in psychic power? Why or why not?
Not at all, they are absolutely phoney baloney.
I think there are huge amount of Alleged Psychics nowadays and before, all of then try with a lot of predictions, so it’s just a statistical probability than even them would be right in some of them…Even the most famous Psychics in the history use the same method: try again and against be clever enough in his predictions and be vague…
I am not a psychic, but I can try with some prediction right now and it is possible that I will right with them: 1-Biden will die before the next election, 2-In the next 5 years we will have proofs of life in the Universe, 3-Donald Trump will win the next USA election, etc.
3. Can this power be helpful or abusive to those who believe in it?
I think is harmful for them, the can be scammed, they can believe in this people, in the things the say (usually they say that use the God’s help in his predictions, etc.), furthermore, I think the should go to the jail to deceive people it is not a minor crime to take advantage of innocent / gullible people…
