Some may think that working from home is the “dream” as you can kiss goodbye to traffic jams, uncomfortable uniforms, short lunch breaks, and say hello to comfort and a flexible lifestyle. While these can be true, others may still find it hard because they can feel less productive and unmotivated when working at home.
This video might be helpful now that most of us are working remotely. Please watch the video and learn some new tips on how you can master working from home.

1. What are the things that you do to manage your schedule?
First thing in the morning I schedule my personal and workday and review how the day before went. Everything related to my personal and professional goals.

I don´t currently work from home, but I clock in and out on time, except when I have day-trip. Of course, I make a to do list with my priorities of the day. This allows me to come back on track despite interruptions.
3. Do you prefer working from home or working in the office?
I prefer a mix somedays at home and other day in the office. I need to see and be with my coworkers.
4. What are the advantages and disadvantages of working remotely?
Advantages. Don’t spend time commuting and more concentrated without interruptions.
Disadvantages. It is easier to loose sense of importance of some tasks. And also there are more temptations at home like tv, to do shopping, have a snack and nap…
